he LS60 Softbox from Aputure is a softbox measuring 14 x 14″. It is compatible with the LS 60d and 60x LED lights. It can be used as a key light or back light and can be tucked into corners and locations where larger softboxes are not able to fit. A useful solution for corporate and broadcast work, the softbox creates a soft and flattering light with open shadows. The softbox comes with 1.5- and 2.5-stop diffusers, plus a 45° fabric grid.

The Aputure LS60 Softbox is a square softbox that matches the compact design of the 60d and 60x by softening the output without adding excess bulk. It’s minimal 4-rod design maintains a simple construction while still giving users all the tools they need to modify their light, including two diffusion fabrics (1.5 stop and 2.5 stop) and a light control grid.

With 35 centimeters, or roughly 14 inches, long sides, the diffusion is ideal for a small softbox. It’s diffusion area is larger than the aperture of 1×1 LED panel, making the LS 60 Softbox great for quick, run-and-gun key, fill, or hair lights, particularly for ENG shooters and guerilla filmmakers.

With a softbox that packs down into a slim carrying bag, filmmakers can now transform their LS 60d or 60x from a punchy, focusable point-source to a soft light in seconds.

RUN-AND-GUN LIGHTING With 35cm (14in.) sides, the square LS 60 softbox has a diffusion area larger than a 1×1 LED panel, making it perfect for a run-and-gun key, fill, or back light, increasing the aperture of the light source while maintaining the lightweight, compact nature of the LS 60d & 60x.
	DIFFUSION OPTIONS With its two included front diffusions, the LS 60 Softbox allows filmmakers to choose the density and softness of their light source, matching the 1.5 & 2.5 stop diffusion fabrics of the Light Dome II and Light Dome SE.
LIGHT CONTROL GRID Following Aputure’s philosophy of ultimate light control for both soft and hard lights, the LS 60 Softbox includes a fabric light control grid to give the soft light direction and minimize excess spill.
